What to Expect at Your First Moving Mindset Session

​Come as you are. Whether you're a fitness newbie or a mental health warrior, every Moving Mindset session is designed to meet you exactly where you are today.

Your 60-minute journey breakdown

Arrive & Settle - Come 5 minutes early to get comfortable in our welcoming space

Warm-Up - Gentle movement to connect with your body and set intentions

Functional Fitness - 30 minutes of strength, mobility, and movement adapted to your level

Mindful Transition - Cooldown that bridges body and mind

Mental Wellness - 30 minutes of guided practices like breathwork, journaling, or DBT skills

Leave Empowered - Walk away with tools for both physical and emotional strength

What to bring

Comfortable clothes, water bottle and an open mind. Everything else will be provided.
